Hi, we’re Kylian, Tess and our four-legged paw friend Nono.

Rover Bar was born from our shared love for classic Land Rover Defenders, good coffee and a slower way of living. What started as a dream around a 2003 Land Rover Defender 90 grew into a mobile gathering place built for open roads, meaningful moments and bringing people together.

We have always been drawn to the old-school lifestyle — quality over quantity, adventure over routine and taking the scenic route whenever possible. The Defender perfectly represents that feeling. Timeless, authentic and built to last.

With Rover Bar, we want to share that same feeling wherever we go. From countryside weddings and boutique events to festivals and store openings, we serve carefully crafted coffee and create a place where people can slow down, connect and enjoy the moment.

We’re currently transforming our Defender into the Rover Bar we’ve always imagined. Every detail is being thoughtfully built by hand, with the goal of creating something authentic, warm and memorable.
